How rare is it to obtain the Celestial Torch?

I know you need to light 10 basins, but what is "rare" what are the odds? I did all 10 basins on 2 characters and no torch.

It's hard to estimate the odds, but it seems extremely rare. I didn't find any for sale on the servers where I have a character. In Antica, for example, there are offers to buy it for over 150kk.

I know players who have lit all the basins on more than 10 characters, and none of them have been lucky enough to get it. I believe the probability is less than 1%.

Maybe they define rare like how rare loot is i forget the percentages but I'm sure it's on wiki somewhere

They said it would be rare, but I believe it is actually very rare.
