How many basins should I light in order to have a chance for celestial torch in Lightbearer Event?

Question

Tibia Fandom says "Obtained with a rare chance as part of the final Brocade Backpack reward in The Lightbearer event."

To my understanding it'd be enough to light up only one basin since Brocade Backpack is rewarded to those who lit up at least one.
But how it really is? Will it have a chance of containing Celestial Torch if I lit up only one?

I've made a ticket with that exact same question and here's the response:


I have also confirmed that myself - you cannot enter the 2nd reward room which is past the blue flame thus you cannot receive the brocade backpack.

You must light all 10 basins to have a chance to obtain it.

"Final" brocade backpack likely refers to the brocade backpack given in the last room of the reward chamber. It is currently unknown the chance to obtain the celestial torch from this backpack.

For those who lit all 10 lanterns:
<list of rewards>.
only once:
<moon backpack>.

I'll say it one more time. Brocade backpack is indeed final rewards BUT no matter if you lit all the basins or just one.

There are 2 brocade backpacks.
You get 1 for lighting 1 basin
Second brocade backpack for lighting 10
Final brocade backpack refers to the second BP for 10 basins.
