what determines the number of monsters in horestis tomb?

I noticed that sometimes there are more monsters on horestis tomb, and sometimes less. I mean more specifically scorpions, death priest etc. what does their number depend on? I care about death priest bestiary, but recently I only come across a phase where there are 2 monsters, and I saw recordings that there are definitely more of them.

It is related to the world change event itself. If Horestis is up and available there'll be more death priests spawning, once all the canopic jars are broken and the door to the boss opens, there'll be a few more killable priests.
