Can you reach this Deepsea Blood Crab in Yalahar's Pirate Quarter?

While looking for fiendish creatures we encounter this Deepsea Blood Crab, on an update I read something about Cipsoft fixing unreacheable creatures so my question is can you reach this place? This is in Yalahar on the pirates quarter

No, unfortunately this is another unreachable creature. Fiendish creatures no longer spawn on inaccessible terrain in Chyllfroest, but in other unreachable places they can still spawn.
