Does rapid respawn affect boss respawns?

With the rapid respawn event incoming and my recent Bosstiary endeavours I caught myself asking, do the bosses that respawn on specific locations have faster respawn? Such as the Bog Raiders like from the Yalahar quest, Gorga from Medusa Tower and similars respawn faster as well?
