What is this place left of Seacrest Serpents and how do I reach it?

i have been looking for fiendish lately a lot and 2 were imposible to reach and the third one was here in this place however i dont recognize where is it, it is right next to the seacrest sea serpent spawn, the area on the left

It's the Fury Gates, acessible through a Mini World Change (Portals).
