Can the creatures in Candia be found in other locations?

After finishing the bestiary of some Candia creatures, I noticed that the Cyclopedia shows that some of them appear in other locations. For example, Wafer Paper Butterfly can be found in Carlin and Edron Surroundings, Truffle in Carlin and Cream Blob in Thais.

These creatures are classified as "Varying", as shown in the image below:

I would like to know where I can find them in these places. Is it an event? A MWC? Or is it just an error in Cyclopedia?

I honestly don't know why my question was edited. I want to know WHERE I can find the Candia creatures elsewhere.

There will be a few minor changes at certain times that will carry the Candia flavor beyond Candia.

So it’s not an error in cyclopedia but probably a MWC or maybe a new event that will happen in future…
