How do double stat weapons (physical+fire for example) behave below the level requirement?

So it's known that if you wear a weapon which is designed for level 80 on a lvl 73 character the weapon loses 1atk for every level that you are below the requirement. How does a cobra club which is for lvl 220 behave on a level 213? since it has 8 physical and 44 fire atk? Do i lose the physical attack value? or the fire one? or maybe both?
