During raids different creatures appear, but the question is quite simple, if for example in a raid only one type of creature appears, which there will be, although I don't remember any at the moment, would the prey loot increase the chance of dropping the Silver Raid Token or would it not be affected? I'm just wondering if it would be worth introducing the prey loot in some occasions.

Zao dragons, for example, when you kill them you would have a better chance of getting Silver Raid Token if you activate a loot prey.

I'd say on 99% no. Back in the days of old, a lone orc in the fortress and another one in a tower were regular creatures, which had extra loot generated as part of the raid system.

AFAIU creatures still have loot generated on spawn, and prey and boss boost work by having a probability of another loot table reroll on kill. If this reroll could yield a token, then the game would have to remember an association of the spawn reason of a creature. Maybe it does?

To my knowledge loot prey would not increase the chances of looting a raid token. The reason being is that the "boosted" loot prey only counts towards what the creature can drop according to the bestiary of the creature. So if you complete the bestiary on a creature and can see all the items it can drop, those would be the items considered for the loot prey. Raid tokens are considered more of a "special" or "event" item rather than just normal loot.
