In what hunting grounds the spawn of a Nemesis Boss can be Triggered?

Some hunting locations have the potential for triggering the appearance of a Nemesis Boss while killing monsters (like triggering the spawn of a Crustacea Gigantica by killing an Abyssal Calamary in the Seacrest Grounds). What are these specific hunting grounds, and what actions can trigger the spawn of a Nemesis Boss?

In addition to those mentioned by Arcai (Burster and Dreadful Disrupter in Otherworld and Mahatheb in Forgotten Tomb), there are 3 nemesis bosses that can be triggered when the mini world change "Hive Outpost" is active. By killing Hive Overseer or Spidris Elite on floor -2, you can trigger The Hungerer, The Manhunter and The Mean Masher. To my knowledge, there are only 3 nemesis bosses with have the potential to be spawned while killing monsters. They are:

1. Burster in Otherworld- Dwarf Bridge

2. Dreadful Disrupter in Otherworld- Edron
