What are the chances an Animated Snowman is blown away by the wind?

When using a carrot on a large snowball to create a snowman, it's sometimes blown away by the wind which consumes the carrot and large snowball without producing a Animated Snowman. What are the chances the snowman is blown away?

This would be helpful when figuring out how many carrots are needed to complete Animated Snowman bestiary.
