After about 6 months of searching for the Mystic Jaguar and gathering information from people who witnessed occurrences such as encounters and disappearances of this creature, it was possible to identify a pattern of spawn events.

In this post on TibiaLight, I explain in detail the data collected with analyses, as well as the spawn mechanics and the tool created to help those who want to search for this mysterious creature. But of course, I will provide a summarized version of the most important information here on TibiaQA for those who wish to hunt for this mount.
The Mystic Jaguar's spawn pattern was found in the tests to be very similar to that of an albino dragon, with spawn times determined by the server boot time. Like the dragon, there is a unique initial interval of 10 minutes after the server boot, followed by fixed and regular intervals of 15 minutes (half the time of an albino dragon), which follow constant cycles throughout the day. Therefore, 4 checks can be made each hour:
- Check 1: Server Boot minute + 10 minutes.
- Check 2: Server Boot minute + 10 minutes + 15 minutes.
- Check 3: Server Boot minute + 10 minutes + 15 minutes + 15 minutes.
- Check 4: Server Boot minute + 10 minutes + 15 minutes + 15 minutes + 15 minutes.
Like its counterpart (which disappears once the next possible spawn time arrives), the Jaguar also disappears after the 15 minutes are up (and the next possible spawn time approaches). This partly explains why there have been so many reports of the creature disappearing.
The best strategy is to check the entire floor (here). There are reports of encounters throughout the area west of the hallway and central statue, but there’s nothing preventing it from also appearing in the eastern and northeastern sides.
Despite having half the spawn time of an albino dragon, the Mystic Jaguar's occurrence is far less frequent than that of the dragon. This is due to much lower probability multipliers for the actual appearance of the Jaguar when the timer reaches zero. According to the tests, the probability appeared to be around 0.1% (or once in 1,000 opportunities, which is once every 10 days).
No alternative methods to accelerate or make the Mystic Jaguar's appearance more efficient were found during the tests (such as increasing the probability of success for its spawn), but I do not rule out the possibility that there might be one, so there is room for further tests.

Among other bosses/creatures to check, the Mystic Jaguar is listed, following exactly the spawn pattern obtained in the tests and explained earlier. The only information that needs to be input into the tool is the server boot time (just before the server comes back online). If you have any questions, see here. I recommend putting the server boot time 1 (one) minute later than the time notified by tibia observer in the tool, since if you don't know the exact seconds of the boot time, there's a chance that you'll start the check before the spawn has even happened.
During the investigation I relied on photos and encounters at different times, as well as field tests carried out by myself over more than 90 days. Here are some of the photos I used in the process, which made it possible to find a pattern.
