What's the story between NPCs Willy and Billy?

Question

I decided to visit Rookgaard earlier today.

I found two NPC with same outfit and familiar names - Willy and Billy.

I've found informations that they are brothers.

Is there any story between these guys? They live on different islands and their mills are separated so I guess there is something.

As you can see, theres a grudge between them, why? well, Willie got unlucky when Billy and him played a game of dice about who gets to farm on which side of the river. Ever since, Willie holds a grudge against Billy.
