With the updated resilience of some of the bosses in order to give more people fair chance to participate in the battle where "Upon spawning, these bosses will take much less damage from your attacks. In the following seconds, their defence will decrease gradually to its normal value, making your attacks fully effective again." 1 Does my damage during the resilience period still counts towards winning the boss, or only after resilience pass?

Something to take in consideration is that not only damage counts towards killing the boss... damage recieved and healing counts as well... since the updated resilience in some of the bosses, we've seen many druids "winning the boss" with their mass healing, even if they were not even close to be the top damage.

A friend of mine went to the last Orshabaal that appeared in Collabra, he said that the boss lasted about 15 turns and his total damage was approximately 1000. This means that the boss died while he was still resistant. In theory, this should mean that your damage during that period does count. However, I have seen complaints from players who claim that they participated in the fight and did not even get the kill in the bosstiary.

CipSfot never gave many details about how the participation system works, and with this change some adjustments may still be necessary. My tip is: in addition to focusing on the attack, try to take damage and, if possible, heal other players.
