What is the highest drome level on the lowest level character you've seen?

What's the highest drome level you've ever seen a player gets on a not so high character?
Is it worth it (for the drome points/potions/rank) to spend prismatic ring time, skin amulets, might rings, or even event food inside that place?

I would say that if you have low levels, don't spend resources on the Drome. That's only worth it if you're going to be among the first. I've done Dromes at lvls 50, dying in round 6 or 7 (I let myself get killed) and I've taken some potions.
