Do the hive outpost bosses despawn?

Do the bosses in hive outpost (The Manhunter, The Mean Masher, The Hungerer) despawn?

If so, how long are they there for?

They do despawn, I can't provide a video or something showing it, but I once found Manhunter, waited for my friend who was arriving for the bosstiary, and it despawned.

I don't really know how long are they there for, since Im pretty sure I found it when it had a long time there already.
