Recommended level/skill/set for Secret Library with a party of less than 4 people?

For example some high level mages with good hands may even hunt here solo!! Recommend 

What would be the recommended level-skills-set for this type of hunt?

And what about DUOS and THREESOMES? In my case I'd like to start duoing Fire Library ek-ed but I'm not sure about the requirements.

Fire library is a nice spot coz you can stack a lot of fire resistance from items. I would recommend hunting it as trio 600+ (with uh from ms) or duo 800+ (ek+ed).
