What do Minotaur Commanders look like and where did they appear?

Minotaur Commanders are a type of Minotaurs we don't know much about. They were listed as a new creature during the Test Server of the Summer Update 2014, but not much more info than that can be found anywhere. It's easy to check that they actually do exist, however, by using utevo res ina "Minotaur Commander" or utevo res "Minotaur Commander". In both cases, the spell will fail, but it won't say the creature does not exist. 

I'm interested in more information about them, such as if/where they were found during the Test Server and What they looked like (probably like some other existing Minotaur, if I had to guess).

As we know for the moment this monter doesnt exist at all.

Ye its true that u can utevo res ina this monsters, but we have full list of monterst (bestiary) and full list of bosses (Bosstiary) and its seem to not be a regular mob or boss.

Anyway, we have some bosses like, azerus, demodras etc etc that doesnt apear on bosstiary or bestiary, then maybe this any kind of following quest or something like this.
