Why are the new essences (Rotten and Dark) not tradable in the market?

These 4 Essences are obtained from killing the respective 4 mini bosses from the Rotten Blood quest with the Bakragore's Final Taint. When a player uses one of them, they become imbued with it. When you reach Bakragore with its Final Taint, you are able to sacrifice that essence to increase your Bakragore's Burden for the next fight. The primary goal of this is to loot Grand Sanguine weapons.

I can only speculate why these items are not tradable in the market. It could be an oversight from Cipsoft or maybe a technical limitation because how they relate to the Rotten Blood quest.

These are normal items that you can freely move around and display in your house. Here's a screenshot of an essence of Chagorz displayed in my house (Upper Swamp Lane 4).
