Promotion Scrolls were introduced with the Summer Update 2023 and can be used to imbue the character with additional points to be spent in the Wheel of Destiny. They can be looted from Bakragore through the Rotten Blood Quest, and exist in five different types, each giving increasingly more points:

 Abridged Promotion Scroll,  3 points

Basic Promotion Scroll , 5 points

Revised Promotion Scroll Revised  8 points

 Extended Promotion Scroll, 14 points

Advanced Promotion Scroll, 20 points

Different levels of Bakragore's Burden influence the type of scroll that can be dropped from the fight, with the best scroll only being able to be looted by facing Bakragore with a 4th stage burden.

Each character above level 51 can only use each type of scroll once, so in total a character can gain 50 additional promotion points this way.
