What do the antennas do in the Doctor Marrow fight?

Simple and straight to the point: what do these antennas do?

I know it's normal to just kill them as the Doctor Marrow boss fight starts but I never got the chance to understand their purpose. Do they heal the boss? Do they buff the boss? Do they do any kind of damage reflection? Do they debuff players?

They definitely increase Doctor Marrow's damage. I never noticed any reflection damage from them, only from the Doctor. I don't know if they heal the boss, because the first thing my team does when entering the room is destroying them. Also, I never noticed any debuffs from them either.

If you hit an antena and Doctor Marrow is closer to it, it gonna heal the Bos a lot.(Like  10k+)
