The number of players in my VIP list are counted per server or per account?

Question

All my characters in the same server, share the VIP list but I know that if I add any person in other server and he transfers to my server, he will be in my VIP list too. So I know that as a premium account player I can add up to 100 players to my VIP list but, this number means 100 player per server or per account?

Does this means that I can add 50 players in Havera and 50 in Solidera or this means that if ive added 100 on each server, and they got merged, my VIP list will have 200 players?

You can add up to 100 players to your VIP list per server.

In case of a server merge, your VIP will still only show 100 players. The other players will be "hidden" in your VIP and will only appear as you exclude players from your VIP.

Yeah. Only players who are visible in your VIP will appear online/offline/training.
