What's the most efficient way to progress with these 3 bosses in the Bosstiary?

In order to kill them you need to deliver 10 crates to get access to them, but then once you get your reward you need to do crates again in the next rotation. How can I optimise this process?

Unfortunately, I would say that there is no way to optimize. Although it is possible to kill all 3 bosses in the same cycle, you will only be able to get 1 reward each cycle, and as long as you don't get the reward of all the bosses you killed, you won't be able to kill them again.

My tip is: if you want to start, for example, with Jaul, wait until the 5th day to see if he appears. If he doesn't appear, kill the boss that appears on the last day.

The only way I know of to make sure you are optimizing kills is to make sure you are killing the boss multiple times before you leave the portal. You can stay in the boss room for 20 minutes and the boss spawn is usually in the 3-7 minute range depending on how many people are online. It is typically possible to get 3 kills within the 20 minutes but sometimes you can get more.

To further optimize this you can get the boss to red health and jump out of the portal then jump back in. This will reset your 20 minute timer in the boss room. Just make sure not to leave the portal if you have killed the boss or you will not be allowed back in. Also, if you make sure to bring a decent sized team with you it will allow you to kill the boss quicker thus increasing your chance to be able to get more kills.
