-Caramellia and Winfred from Kissing a pig quest, is my favorite one.
-Eleonore and Raymond Striker.
-The Djinn Ocelus is in-love with Marina the mermaid, not sure how that ends up though.
-Kesar the Younger and Yselda. Which is the plot of the first mission of The Adventures of Galthen Quest: Galthen and the lost Queen.
-Galthen himself and Scarlett Etzel.
-Candra and Nihaka from Marapur. Plot for Within the Tides Quest: Star-Crossed Lovers mission.
 

I'm sure there's more in the lore, and I'm gonna keep adding to this answer but these are the first that came to mind when thinking about answering this question.
