As of the helmet, legs and boots I recommend using 
Terra Helmet, 
Fabulous Legs and 
Depth Calcei for every of the Pharaohs. If using a one-handed weapon 
Gnome Shield is also recommended to be in shield slot.
Ashmunrah: Hits pretty hard with Physical Attacks, beside that, casting Life Drain Wave and deals Death Damage.

Dipthrah: Mostly focused around Life Drain and Mana Drain. As an EK I'd prefer keep my mana high thus I'd go for anti-mana drain EQ.

Mahrdis: Really powerful Physical Attacks as well as really high Fire Damage.

Omruc: Using Physical Attacks as well as Fire and Earth Damage. This boss is quite weak.

Rahemos: This one focuses his damage around Physical, Death, Energy and Life Drain what makes him quite difficult opponent.
