Does the Kooldown aid potion reset the avatar cooldown or is this spell unaffected

Yes, if you read the Cipsoft's last update note regarding the Skill Tree you will see that the Avatar in note is specified  as a Spell.

The Duration of the avatar spell has been increased from 11 seconds to 15 seconds.

So, you can use the avatar and it will last for 15seconds use attack spells to damage creatures and then, if necessary use the Kooldown aid potion to reset the cooldown again of the avatar spell
