At how many spots and in what locations can the Troll Marauder spawn?

Some time ago, I noticed that the Troll Marauder spawn type is Varying Monster Spawn. Tibia Wiki gives one spot in which this monster can respawn. But I noticed its spawn in another spot next to a quest chest not far from the spot indicated by Tibia Wiki. I would like to know if this monster can respawn in other spots? How many spots are there and are they all in the same location?
