Can you bid on a house while you're banned?

Question

recently my friend got banned but was able to pass his house for me to save in case of sudden account deletion. I'm wondering though, can you bid a house while you're banned?

"account is banished, which means that it is temporarily excluded both from the game as well as the forum."

If your friend is able to "Log in" at the website, maybe he can bid a house there (At the website, not the client).

Yes you can, as long as you have the money on the character that you're using to bid it!

PLEASE NOTE: You can only bid on a house if you have the money for your highest bid and the first rent in your bank account."

As you can see here "Account Banishment" :Banishments are issued for violations of the Tibia Rules and can last from one day to thirty days, excluding all characters of the banished account from the game and from posting on the forum for that time. 

The banishments excluded the characters from game and forum but not from loggin your account in the site so you've the possibility!

I'm having trouble finding where it's confirmed yes you can logon to the website but does it still allow you to bid on houses??
