Hi!

I am doing The Rookie Guard Quest, and the mission to get the wooden sword is no longer available, is there other way to get the Wooden Sword either on Rookgaard or Mainland?

The only way to obtain a wooden sword now is to buy it from other players.

Since the implementation of Dawnport - 2014.09.15 (10.55) - it's no longer possible to create characters on Tutorial Island, and it's not possible to access Santiago's cellar (even if you have a character on Tutorial Island, created before update 10.55), thus it's not possible to finish the first mission of The Beginning quest. Without finishing The Beginning quest it's not possible to start the first mission of The Rookie Guard quest (wooden sword).
