How do I make Iks Ahpututu Appear?

I accidentally spawned one now when doing the boss but did not get how I did it.

When an Iks Chuka, Iks Aucar or Iks Pututu dies near one of the Crossed Spears in Iksupan, there's a chance that 5 Iks Churrascan spawn. Once all 5 Churrascan are killed, one Iks Ahpuputu will spawn. Note that the Churrascan only last for some seconds before disappearing if not killed.
