Like Mogh said on his comment, you can find the heavy ball in Corym black market in Liberty Bay and also these flower pots. To transport these items from Liberty Bay to Svargrond you can use the Explorer Society Astral Portal between Liberty Bay and Svargrond. Though, the mechanic for this might be slightly complicated.
First of all, you can find the potted flowers in the castle in Liberty bay (same place where you start the access to Meriana quest, to the south of NPC Eleonore) here:
In order to be able to transport them to Svargrond you need to complete the Mission: "The Ice Music" which is an extra mission from the Explorer Society Quest, so you can travel among these portals by standing on them while having an orichalcum pearl on your backpack. Keep in mind that these SQMs work as any blue portal would only IF you have the pearl on your backpack, which will be consumed. This is the location of the Astral Portal you're gonna need to use:
Now comes the tricky part, like I said. The main Idea is to stack the items you wanna take with you on top of the portal and then walk on it while having the pearl on your backpack, the problem with this is that you can't walk or stand on top of these potted flowers anymore. So I suggest following this easy tutorial from TibiaHome.com on how to stand on top of these flowers, you will probably need help from other friends or a second char to help yourself move stuff, and you also can't stack more than 1 of these flowers so you will need to do more than one trip for each Potted Flower you want to take. Like I said its not impossible, its just tricky and you either need help from people who can also get inside this room or just another character with access to these portals too.
