Why people kill Leiden often?

So Leiden does not drop any loot as TibiaFandom. Why do people still kill it?

I often see people at Advertising or World Chat looking for team to kill it.

when u kill leiden (healing him) it transform into ravenous hunger who still drops elven mail, one of the most useful armor due it provides 3 slots of imbuements allowing the user to choose freely what they want to resist without sacrifying anything, that's why they kill it often, such armor use to cost 3kk-6kk depending on the server.

that's also why u don't see any loot from him, because is like if were 2 different boss
