Hunting places with easy access to protection zone for 400+ elite knight?

hello,

 i'm looking for a hunting place where i will have a place for afk. profit is what counts, not experience. It could be a monster / boss to hunt in an interval of time. Once upon a time, pharaohs were hunted like that. It depends for me to be in such a place because sometimes I have to leave the computer. Thanks in advance for your help.

Or you want an "afk hunt"? And what is exactly an afk place? A place with a PZ or a safe spot?

sometimes I have an important phone number, I have to do something quickly in my company and I need a place where I can easily wait. pz zone, safe place, whatever :)

First whats on my mind is;

 ghastly dragons palace. Great place for afk.

Second thought;

Hearth of destruction / otherworld - depending on route You will be always 2 to 4 mapclick to decent afk spot.

Cobra bastion - gaffir / captain. Few steps from afking place on ship.

Asura palace / mirror - 30sec to mountain boat but it's more exp than profit place.

Mini roshamuul - it might be little bit overkill on respawn but it's also 2 mapclick from safe spot

Also what came to my mind just before clicking answer;

Warzones 678. !Youre hunting most time jest next to the tp, not full boxing to be safe and pure profiting :)!

The last hunting place will be two headed tortoises. Respawn is pretty fast so like in previous spot - Youre hunting next to tp and few fast mapclick to the depot or safe spot.
