What raids unlock specific areas until ss?

When we travel through tibia (specially looking for fiendish) we find several places that simply are inaccessible until certain conditions are meet, between those, raids are the most arbitrary and complex due these depend on RNG rather than an action made by player (or maybe some of those do not...?), so to access those places we must await for those raid to start, and common sense often make us believe that after such raid ends those places will be locked again (perhaps for further raids in the place... right?) but as shown in the related answer this holds no true, at least not for all raids, so:

What raids unlock specific areas on tibia?
All raids give total access to their areas until ss?
If not, which of those does?

A lot of "raids" can be found during some World Changes: 

Pirate Corasir in Krailos During: Shipwrecked

Insectoids Scout in Greenshore (Thais) During: Insectoid Invasion 

Insectoids in Liberty Bay During: Hive Outpost

Water Elemental Cave in Outlaw Camp (Venore) During: River Flood

Mini Bosses in Tiquanda (Port Hope) During: Voodoo Fever

Dragonlings/Fury etc in Fury Gate (Various Location) During: Fury Gates

Hellfire fighter, DL, etc in Goroma: Fire from the Earth

Chakoyas in Port Hope During: Tip of the Iceberg

If you are wondering about PLACES that become accesible because of a raid: 

Roshamuul

Dark Grounds (The Sight of Suerrender's respawn in Roshamuul): . It's accessible only during an unannounced world change triggered by completing the Roshamuul Quest - Soothing Bad Dreams task 20 times in an unknown amount of days. 

Mawhawk's Lair (Small respawn where you can find the Boss Mawhawk several times per day): The entrance appears as a world change after completing desecrating shrines task around 500 times since the last time the lair was closed.

yeah im asking for areas that are unlocked during a raid and that possibly will keep unlocked until the ss, example vampire raid unlock an area, but i think it lock it down after killing the boss, in the other hand zzaion remain unlocked the whole ss, so yeah half your answers was right, hope you could get other places in your answer!
