Is it possible to obtain the blessed water in the marapur quest more than once?

I was attempting to gather multiples of quest items for decoration. when attempting to gather a second blessed water, I received this message. "21:50 You should not scoop that much water. It could be considered an act of blasphemy."

Is this quest on a timer and can I obtain more than one of this item?

Answered my own question, it can be obtained once per day, likely 20-24 hours between each time

No, I just tested this. While you can take a splint and melt the pond, you cannot take the water from it after completing the quest.
