I have lit my torch and let it burn down, then it got back new after 1 hour... I tried to sell it on the market but it doesn't work. It seems that only never used torch can be placed on sale on the market.  Is it a bug or intended mechanics?

Unfortunately it is not possible to sell the torch in the market after it has been used.

If there's anything new, I'll come back here to edit and update the answer.

Hi, I Do not have the torch myself to check it, but perhaps try to go swimming with it and then try it again? Swimming was fixing previous bugs with unwrapping items and I saw someone suggesting on forum. Perhaps helps with this one too.

Swimming has no relationship with this. It fixes problems related to the character's swimming flag not being reset properly. On this case the problem is caused by the Torches' duration and the mechanism that restores it to the new state.

Was suspecting it might not work, nevertheless, was worth of asking. Thanks Lee Kun for the insight.

If the item has been "used" or "unwrapped" it has to be traded via the original trading interface unfortunately.

There are some exceptions, e.g. die.

You can use the torch until the end, then it will reset and you'll be able to put it on the market.
