Can NPC Theodora distribute more than one box per character?

Is it possible for a single character to receive more than one large reward box from NPC Theodora, if so how does it work?

No, it isn't. This was temporarily possible due to a bug when Theodora was launched, but the bug only stayed live for a few hours before the servers were taken down. After the downtime it was no longer possible to get more than one Reward Box (Small, regular or Big) with the same character.
