How to reach this other part of the otherworld at west of the main cave?

The otherworld, a dangerous cave deep below svargrond filled with energy type mobs, beside it is kinda extensive most of their sections can be accessed easily walking through the map, yet there is this section that seems to be only reachable through a teleport:



 which lead us to:

How to reach the teleport to access that place?
What is needed in order to successfully access it?
Is it part of the main cave?

That area is not part of the main Otherworld. It's the "Edron Otherworld" where you find Stabilizing Dread Intruders and Stabilizing Reality Reavers.

You can enter it through a Vortex located north of Edron near the entrance of the Hero Cave, here. Like all Otherworld entrances, it's not always open so it may take a few tries to get in there.
