What creatures and bosses can be lured to towns? How far can they go?

Is there still a creature or boss that can be lured to any depot, for example?

Nowadays is hard to lure dangerous creatures inside cities because mobs always try to return to their spawns or dissapears if you take them far away.

Pirats can be lured closer to the Port Hope Tavern during the invasion (A Pirat's Tail quest). This invasions occurs every 30 minutes in a random City between Port Hope, Liberty Bay, Krailos or Darashia.

The Old Widow sometimes spawns on the surface of PoH, and she can be lured to Venore south-west gate.

there are some bosses that spawn direclty in cities, like pirate raid on lb or in the venore elf raid case, really near to the stairs, also the anniversary raids bring mobs really close to city and they are strong.

but i dont remember any boss that doesn't spawn directly in a city or close to the entrance of one.
