As we know so far, Arcian was the person who built Necromant House. He was betrayed by his assistant Porgol and assassinated by him. But what I am actually looking for it the information about his second assistant which is mention by Arcian's friend - Muriel:

So what happened to the second assistant of Arcian as so far I can't find much details about him?

We know from Muriel, that Arcian went to the necromant house with her wife Laira, and two assistants, where we know the existance of only one - Porgol.
As we know porgol wanted to be necromant king.

The secret of necromant king, is the necromant nectar - which is blood. This is used as an clue to enter Goshnar sealed grave at PoI.
Topic

I sealed Goshnar's grave so no one can enter the pits without knowing our secret.

Muriel says the porgol

I was quite sure he'd rather study at the Edron academy instead.

and as the

He must have stolen the books about necromancy you were missing after our last visit but I have no proof yet.

In the Edron we go then, to the Noodles Academyt of Magic Arts.  Near the elements, and near the strange carvings we find the mysterious dark statue:

Those dark statues are found deep under drefia, where the path of necromancy is also happening, making this statue an object of rather necromancy nature. (also there is ongoing mystery with that statue as it have use with).

Coming from this point, we need to look around and see who could also study at Edron academy along with Porgol and his assistants.

As, the previous necromant king was Goshnar, quickly we can realise, that first to suspect will be Ferumbras - as from the Zathroth Library update, we get to know, that Ferumbras studied there, at the Isle Of Kings on his ultimate quest of ascension.

Did Ferumbras studied at Noodles Academy of Magic Arts also?
Answer is yes.

Does that make Ferumbras second assistant of Porgol? High likely, as they both needed eachother, Ferumbras at that time was still learning is magic, and he still needed to learn the secret of necromancy - blood which perhaps is blood orb found in his Citadel treasure room (each item show his journey across tibia, and his learning process to be able to summon & control & use demons for ascensions).

The other linkeage to Ferumbras, besides the Zathroth Library and him studying there, would be once again, only the Ferumbras Citadel, where we find book "I, Ghoul", and inside the Necromant House, we find book "Magic of Ghouls", but also books about Demons, and other that highly connect to the topic that Ferumbras interest was the most. (basically magic web & using it to open aka summon demon through portal, then be able to mind control them).

You could also extend this story into Serpentine Tower, as "Chamek ath uthul arak" means sacrafice your blood, and also we are able to see the blood orb in serpentine tower, and the research papers saying about plasma leakage (blood), not to mention the link to drefia & djinn wars, where art of necromancy was studied (where on drefia we also find those dark statues).
The story is connected through the demon/undead language spoken by undeads, mummies & demons, is visible at library of Zathroth entrance, and under Isle of Kings (banshees monuments). Same language was used to lock the Goshnar in PoI, and the green/demon book at the Serpentine Tower is written in that language.

As for any other candidate to this story, happening around Thais, and PoH & PoI, the second option of second assistant would be Othmor, who is missing person, and important persona in terms of understanding the mechanism of lowering the Lake Amros at the desert nearby. Yet somehow, both Ferumbras & Othmor possibly crossed their paths either at Carlin, Thais or Ankrahmun, as Othmor stories & name origin suggest. However on my personal opinion & research, Othmor falls into a mystery chain of what I called secret's of bards.
