Is it possible point of interests appear in Magician Quarter for both Efreet and Marid territory?

Hello guys, there's possible to appear a point of interest on Efreet's/Marid's territory at the same time?

I would think it is possible since we get the points of interest at random. You would have to have some bad luck to get a point of interest in the area to which you don't have access. The good news is you can always reset the points and hope no points of interest appear there again. Make sure you check all the possible places where they could be, before assuming it's in there.
