Can I rent a Guild Hall with no money in the bank?

I mean zero money on bank account, but with it available on hands/backpack inventory. The same for the monthly fee, if it's on the backpack only, will it be used?

Note: If the guild leader decides to place a bid for a guildhall, the system will check if there is a sufficient amount of money on the guild bank account. If the money on the guild bank account is not sufficient, the bid system will take the money from the guild leader's bank account.

The Manual only mentions bank accounts, so perhaps it is not possible. I would say make sure you always have some money for this purpose in your guild account or your personal account. I don't really see why you'd be carrying it all with you haha For me it's automatic to deposit it all after every hunt.

Just now, I tried to bid on a house with no money in my bank account, but some in my backpack, and it wouldn't let me. So, I'm guessing same goes for guildhalls.
