What is needed to reduce the amount of suspicious device per Warzone?

When we go to wz in dangerous depths quest we need to spend points to be allowed to join during 8h, now, the usual amount of points is 15 per round, and basically, there's nothing in their dialogue that give us hints about how to reduce it, yet when u search for spoiler on some fansites it says that u could reduce the amount of device to 10 per round once you get the maximum rank of big foot's burden (1440 rank IV), trouble is... I have the points and I'm yet spending 15 points instead of 10 so,

What is actually needed to reduce the amount of points per round?



keypoints: I haven't done bosses from wz 1-2-3, none of them so idk if is a requirement.
I tried talking with all npc from both side, nothing of that work.
I tested and indeed Im spending 15 points per round no matter what.

To reduce the suspcious you need the 1440 rank points in the gnome base AND kill the bosses of each warzone 1, 2 and 3….

It's 15 points for characters who don't have a complete Bigfoot's Burden Quest and 10 for those who do.  Completing the points and giving access to the item NPC will unlock Warzones.  This 5-point bonus is earned by the amount of old Warzones you've done and not by the points accumulated from Bigfoot's Burden Quest.

I translated the part that says the that only the points are not enough to get -5 points, you actually need to complete the quest by killing all bosses

just to confirm before giving best answer, once we do all bosses FIRST TIME we would be able to receive the bonus? or is after unlocking "item NPC" (gnomission which require 15 warzones), the translation is a bit confusing in that regard.

Yes you need to kill the 3 bosses from each warzone at least once to get the bonus!!!
