Do corpses decay faster during rapid respawn?

I never really paid attention to this detail but I now had the impression corpses decay faster during rapid respawn. Is that a thing or am I crazy? :P

They do not decay any faster than normal.
Corpse decay time was changed to be much faster than originally back in update.
The corpse stages, now take 5 minutes for stage 1, 5 minutes for stage 2, and 60 seconds for stage 3. Thus, a corpse only sticks around for 11 minutes these days.
