Hi!

I was told there were other places besides Thais where you can do the Dragon Lottery for the 25th Anniversary event, I would like to know in what other cities and if possible the exact location.

You can find the funfairs (the name of the dragon lottery event) north of thais, west of carlin and southwest of edron.
