I'm confused about this 25th anniversary event and i cant find all these locations for the free items can someone help me thank you

I decided to "save" the question by excluding the buffet part and picture wall, since they are related and appear together.

In which cities can we find the birthday buffet? Also you can firnd there the picture walls.
