My team and I just started to do the quest so we can obtain the dream warden outfits, but we didn't finished. So I was worry that the upper roshamuul was closed. Thanks

You do not need to worry. All the tasks necessary to receive the Dream Warden Outfits (a cup of tea, ancient dreams, waters of life and mend what's broken) are doable even after gaz'haragoh has been defeated.

And you can get both addons by killing Roshamuul prison bosses, so you don't need to rush through a time-limit
