What is the respawn time of Big Bad One?

I found War Wolves only three times, but never meet the boss. I want to know the respawn time so I can check since the last time I saw the war wolves

If you found War Wolves - it means that the boss appeared too. There is no other raid with War Wolves around The Big Bad One  spawn place, so there are two options:

1) The Big Bad One was killed by other player, who wasn't interested in killing War Wolves,

2) The Big Bad One dissapeared after some time (like every boss), but the War Wolves mechanics is different and these monsters stayed there.

Checking the statistics on TibiaBosses.com I found the respawn time takes approximately 6-10 days, but it's hard to be 100% sure, since The Big Bad One is rather not very famous boss, and a lot of them are simply missed.
