Where can I find Spiceweed in venore?

According to the book Cityguide Venore located on the Isle of Kings talks about the main factors of venore, in the next paragraph reports Spiceweed's discovery.

"The last factor was the discovery of Spiceweed. A special swamp grass that was soon used by cooks and families across the continent. Soon merchants became rich and powerful, rivaling most Thai noble families in wealth and power. "

My real interest is in this grass, where can I find it in Venore?

Spiceweed is likely the grass "Venorean Spice" which grows all over the swamps of venore. 

There are many locations just outside of the east gate as well as throughout the swamps. Unfortunately, cutting the spice with a tool does not give you any product like cutting wheat, ground reed, or lions mane flowers.
