Can I obtain items from the Roshamuul Quest more than once?

I've looted the items from Roshamuul Quest (Bowl of tea leaves, tea cup and tea spoon), and I can't loot any of them anymore, even in different quest locations. I've waited already a couple of days and still nothing. Can I get them again or more than once?

First you need to go to NPC Morax, which you can find on the second floor of a ruined building in Roshamuul, east-northeast of the depot, slightly north of the central mountain. You have to ask him about “tea” and a “bowl”.

Chat with NPC Morax:

Morax: Chrzzz…. tea… hm? Oh – hello…

Norelli [708]: tea

Morax: Stir…

Important! You need to write "hi" once again.

Norelli [708]: hi

Morax: Chrzzz…. tea… hm? Oh – hello...

Norelli [708]: bowl

Morax: Lost… bowl? Pity. Try… again. Zzzz…

Throughout Upper Roshamuul you will find many Pottery Pieces. Some of them are quest objects. Use them to obtain Bowl of Tea Leaves or Tea Cup. You can obtain each item once every 20 hours.

THERE IS NO COOLDOWN TO OBTAIN ITEMS AGAIN & AGAIN

1. Ask for the Mission with NPC Morax(here you can see his location).

2. Find some Pottery Pieces  throughout "Upper Roshamuul" (here you can find its location)

You'll need 3 different items:

Bowl of tea Leaves

Tea Spoon

Tea Cup
You only need one of each. When you get all three items, use the Bowl of Tea Leaves on the Tea Cup to get Filled Cup . Then find the Dream Sand River (here) and use the Filled Cup on the water, then use the Tea Spoon on the Filled Cup.

3. Go back to Morax-BUT- before you talk to him:
PUT YOUR FILLED CUP ON THE GROUND (this is the most important thing).

He will reset your cooldown again & again after mixing the 3 items over & over...

-IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THE QUEST/TASK DONE-

Here i received my Cluster as reward.
Just go back to Moraxand ask for the task again.
(He probably will tell you to wait, just say bye and hi again to reset the cooldown like the FIRST PIC)

Here you can see that i picked the items again just 2 minutes after i gave the tea to Morax.
AND
ONCE AGAIN I ASK TO RESET MY COOLDOWN AND IT WORKS!!!

SO.. You can keep getting it again & again.

I did it this way I post like every 20 hours and it works. I'll try to do it with another char without the quest just like Norelli said because when I tried with my main it didn't work :(

Yes, but you cannot hold the item when you say "lost".

So if you want a new Spoon for example, put your previous one in depot first or on the ground when you speak to Morax.

After you say "lost" and what item you lost, Morax doesn't give you the item, but he resets your quest log for that specific item so that you can loot it again yourself.

I have farmed many filled cups so I can say with a 100% certainty that the answer to your question is yes.

Important note about this is that I have also completed the "A cup of tea" mission many times. So I am not sure that you can get more than 2 on the same mission without completing the task again.
But if you want to get more than 2, just complete the task and repeat the "lost" part with Morax again.
